Terms Of Service
- TOS – Repair Services
GUARANTEE:
- All repaired electronics are sealed by us and tampering with the seal renders all guarantees null and void.
- Repairs Under Guarantee are carried out at site if and only if our technical personnel are available at that loacle when the breakdown occurs; if no personnel are available the electronics under repair should be sent to our facilities for repair.
- Should you require on-site repairs then you will be called to make payment in advance for travel and stay expenses…
PAYMENT:
- Our payment terms are 100% advance before delivery of repaired item and also before other ‘service product’ delivery.

a) Credit Terms, if at all considered, shall be in writing.
b) Late Payment fee is 12% of bill amount, charged at that rate every month.
c) All guarantees given shall be deemed null and void if payment is not realised by us within fifteen days of delivery.
d)Guarantees can be reinstated if and only if a premium of 6% of the bill amount is received by us.
EXECUTION OF WORK:
- Execution of work is strictly against the Work Order.
REFUND POLICY:
- ALL advances AND / OR payments collected toward the execution of the work order shall be refunded if the work is not completed way beyond the time frame given in the Inspection Report – Estimate AND / OR the work cannot be done.
- Such refunds shall be made within SEVEN days of receipt of the request sent to Equiscale Support at: @equiscaleindia.com
FORCE MAJUERE:
Without prejudice to either party, all terms are subject to conditions force majeure.
- Guarantee on Preventive Maintenance Services
Paid Preventive Services done on a single instance basis are guaranteed for One Month only.
Free Preventive Maintenance Services done on a single instance basis are guaranteed for One Day (Twenty-Four Hours) only; the cost of all consumables is to be paid by the client.
